Designed on the edge of Kızılcahamam's pine forests, this country house project has a massive insulation performance that keeps the warmth of the fireplace inside even on snowy winter days.

Project Requirement / Challenges

High snow load carrying requirement and resistance to possible fire risks in the forested area.

Applied Solution and Design

Concrete coated panel walls with EI 120 fire resistance class were preferred, and roof trusses were strengthened according to Kızılcahamam snow load statistics.
