Designed in Cankaya side surrounded by greenery, this single-story cottage was constructed with panel building system to minimize construction waste in nature. Quick heating and safety were prioritized in weekend usages.
Project Requirement / Challenges
While being close to the city center, it was requested to preserve the old trees in the vicinity and carry out dry assembly in a short time during the construction.
Applied Solution and Design
Panels were shipped after being cut to size in the factory; the load-bearing frame was installed in a short period of 10 days without heavy machinery on site. When the heating system is opened, the house reaches comfort level in minutes.
