We inspect the land where the building will be established, zoning status, soil properties and climatic conditions.
3. Architectural Draft
Our architect team prepares customized floor plans and 3D exterior drafts in accordance with your demands.
4. Technical Designing
Static, mechanical, electrical and insulation projects are calculated with engineering software in accordance with regulations in force.
5. Proposal and Contract
We present a transparent and clear proposal containing the entire scope of the project, formalizing the process with a mutual contract.
6. Production
Modular steel reinforced panel walls and ceiling components are produced with millimetric precision in the factory.
7. Site Preparation
While production continues, ground preparation and necessary infrastructure/foundation concrete applications are completed at the construction site.
8. Assembly and Site Application
Panels shipped from the factory are installed by our expert teams; plaster, paint, roof and fine works are applied.
9. Control and Delivery
All systems, installations and details are checked, delivering the building 'turnkey' or according to agreed scope.
10. After-Sales Support
We stand behind your building with our technical support and warranty processes after delivery.
