Ankara Modern Villa Projesi

Built in Ankara Golbasi region in line with appropriate engineering calculations, this two-story premium villa project has a modern appearance with its large glass facades and composite wood cladding. Thanks to Veloce Yapı panel system, rough construction and fine workmanship were applied faster compared to traditional methods.

Project Requirement / Challenges

Due to the soil conditions of Golbasi lake basin, lightness and high strength were requested together. High insulation was also targeted for the harsh winter conditions of the region.

Applied Solution and Design

140 mm EPS insulation core and double-sided concrete coated panel technology were used. While the total weight of the structure was kept extremely light compared to traditional reinforced concrete, high resistance was provided against wind and seismic loads.
