Ongoing in Incek region, this prestigious project of ours is planned to have smart home technologies and solar panel infrastructure. Rough panels of the structure have been installed, and fine workmanship steps are being followed.

Project Requirement / Challenges

The user's demand for a design close to passive house standards, aiming to reduce heating/cooling needs close to zero.

Applied Solution and Design

An engineering study was conducted by preventing thermal bridges with 200 mm thickened special EPS insulation panels, integrated with special sandviç panel insulation in the ceiling and roof.
